Store hours for Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutiques are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, with opening shifts beginning at 9:30am and closing shifts ending by 6:30pm. Special events are subject to times outside of general store hours.
Store hours for Thrift Out are Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm, with opening shifts beginning at 10:30am and closing shifts ending by 7:30pm. Special events are subject to times outside of general store hours.

Siloam Springs Store Manager
Motivated & confident leader to oversee the daily operations of Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique in Siloam Springs.
Provide visionary leadership by setting a positive example and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain floor inventory to align with store impact goals and execute sales and promotional calendars.
Work a minimum of 40-45 hours per week, including three Saturdays per month with opening and closing shifts during peak periods.

We are seeking highly motivated and outgoing volunteer interns to help coordinate and lead the 6th annual Shop Our Closet Sorority Thrift Challenge, a collaborative competition with sororities at the University of Arkansas. Interns will play a vital role in making this event a success by helping sorority chapters earn points through donating, serving, and shopping with purpose.
